Steve and Karen are awesome! As a single mother, the process of buying a home is overwhelming, stressful, and a bit intimidating but that was all washed away when I met Team Freebery. I had talked with other realtors but I didn’t feel connected with them. I’m glad I found them, or should I say that they found me (from me picking up one of those realtor books and sending a text to get more information about a home for sale and Team Freebery texting me back). The buyer/agent relationship began from there. During our first meeting I met with both Karen and Steve and the rest is history. They have all the best contacts you will ever need to get things done. I liked how Steve and Karen were very laid back - down to earth people. They did not talk down or over your head since they knew this was not the clients' area of expertise. The first call I made to them, Karen called me back within 20 minutes with all the comps for my area and talked at length with me. Buying a house can be stressful specially when is your first one, you have a pregnant wife, and you have a apt lease that's about to be up. Steve and Karen Freebery are amazing!!!. With my busy lifestyle and being on the road with work, I'm glad I pick them to be in my team. We are (Farrukh and Hina) first time home buyers from the Newark, Delaware area.   Our first contact with Team Freebery happened in mid August 2011 over phone. Following up on our conversation and the preferences which we advised Karen then hand picked the best properties available within our desired area up until November 25th 2011 and showed them all one by one taking our time in each.   We finally decided on a particular home and placed offer on September 28th 2011 with Karen and Steve's help. Looking for a realtor to sell or buy a house? Steve and Karen are the best choice you can make. They helped us sell our house even in this weak housing market. Selling your house is a stressful process. When my house was on the market for over 18 months I decided I needed to make a change from my former agent and hoped to find someone suited for this challenge.  We chose Steve and Karen based on the positive reviews on Zillow. We used them as a buyer's agent. We just moved into our house last week and couldn't be happier! Being new to the home buying process, it felt good to have them on our side- their knowledge and experience really came through and comforted us during the whole process...we had some anxiety and a LOT of questions and they were very patient with us. They are very down to earth people. The inspection found some issues (plumbing, electrical, well pump) that were all remediated quickly and efficiently thanks to their hard work and diligence. For example, they didn't just tell the seller's agent "we need this fixed"....they consulted with their network of contractors, obtained professional quotes, and submitted those quotes to the seller's agent, making it easier for the seller. This really made a difference, and is just one example of their level of professionalism and attention to detail. They also maintained great communication with the seller's agent and have a great reputation (you certainly want an agent that "plays well with others", don't you? ha ha). They were always accessible by email, messaging, and phone and always responded quickly(got a few form letters in the beginning to get set up in their system, but once you get past that, communication is much better).  My husband and I met Steve at an open house in Delaware about two years ago. My husband and I were thinking about moving from PA to DE. We contacted Steve and Karen Freebery through Zillow.com. Our first contact with them happened in mid August 2011 over phone. Following up on our conversation and the preferences which we advised Karen then hand picked the best properties available within our desired area up until November 25th 2011 and showed them all one by one taking our time in each.

 My husband and I were ready to look for a new house so We started looking on the Internet. We found a home that we loved. It was time to contact a realtor. I remembered that Karen & Steve Freebery had sold my Moms house in only 3 days, when her previous Realtor didn't in 3 months. I knew that "TEAM FREEBERY" were the Realtors for us. I called them right away. I told them we found a house and we wanted to make an appointment to go see it. We met at the property and took our tour and loved it. They explained how the house we wanted was a "Short Sale". After that, Karen and Steve arranged for several other visits to different houses.   Lee and Jack - Steve and Karen Freebery were absolutely fantastic. We interviewed seven or eight different realtors and felt that Steve and Karen had the best combination of experience and aggressiveness (with regard to marketing our home). They helped us through every hurdle such as recommending a local repairman to fix two minor issues that the buyer was concerned about, plus making sure that we knew exactly what would occur, when, and what we needed to do in order to ensure no delays. Steve and Karen made sure that "lookers" were prequalified and we went to contract in less than two weeks after listing with them. We closed on time and there were no surprises along the way. The whole process was quick and easy, due in large part to their help.  Was It a Miracle?  After being with another agent for over sixty days and having no offers I called Steve and Karen. When they listed my home it sold in three days. Was it a miracle? No, it wasn’t, it was their hard work.

 WOW! -  "Jeff and I would like to take the opportunity to let you know what a GREAT experience we had working with Steve and Karen Freebery (Team Freebery) and Keller Williams Realty. Steve and Karen sold our home in Brennan Estates, back in October of 2008, and found our new home in The Preserves @ Lafayette Hill, we just made settlement on yesterday. The sale of our previous home was completed in less than 60 days, when there were 4 other comparable homes up for sale on our street and market conditions were not at their peak.
