My wife and I were planning to move from South Philadelphia to a home in Delaware, and we weren't quite sure where we wanted to live. Was It a Miracle?
After being with another agent for over sixty days and having no offers I called Steve and Karen. When they listed my home it sold in three days. Was it a miracle? No, it wasn’t, it was their hard work.
They visited my home and gave me a quick analysis of what needs to be done to prepare it. When I was completed with the improvements Steve took sharp professional pictures that were above the others. Karen description of the home made it even more appealing. When it sold that Saturday I wasn’t surprised for their professionalism for preparing and getting the word out made the different. After the sale they kept everything on the right track up to closing. I think I would have fallen apart without them and blaming the market like the other agent did. Instead I am able to retire and move to my new home at Camano Island, WA.

"Jeff and I would like to take the opportunity to let you know what a GREAT experience we had working with Steve and Karen Freebery (Team Freebery) and Keller Williams Realty. Steve and Karen sold our home in Brennan Estates, back in October of 2008, and found our new home in The Preserves @ Lafayette Hill, we just made settlement on yesterday.
The sale of our previous home was completed in less than 60 days, when there were 4 other comparable homes up for sale on our street and market conditions were not at their peak. I truly know that our home sold the quickest and was on the market the least amount of time because of Steve and Karen’s commitment to us and their wealth of experience and knowledge in the Real Estate field. They were non-stop at making sure every detail was covered.
The purchase of our new home was not quite as easy… It was a short sale, and a very difficult purchase, that took over 3 months to get everything on the table for signing. The short sale process was not easy for all involved, but through it all, Steve and Karen keep level heads and keep us from jumping off the ledge several times. If it wasn’t for Steve and Karen we would have probably walked away from the short sale home and would have regretted that decision in the end. Steve and Karen knew how much we wanted this house and what a great deal we were getting and for that we are very thankful. The short sale process, sellers, Seller’s realtor and the mortgage banks for the home were not at all easy or pleasant to deal with. But Steve and Karen were nothing more than PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS to all parties involved, even when what they were getting back was not at all professional or courteous.
